1. Print order form.

2. Product Code can be found on website by clicking on the icon of the item you wish to order

3. Print multiple forms to order as many sets as you want. 

4. Total and send with check or money order to address on form

5. Be sure to include the photo if ordering a Starter Set. 

6. If you already have a Starter Set and wish to add more outfits to your set,    order under the same name as the original order, and print the name exactly as it is printed on the original doll in the space provided on the form.  This will ensure that the flesh tones are matched to your original doll.
